In Memory of Coretta Scott-King

This is the modern day picture of the Mt. Tabor A.M.E. Zion Church,  

located in Heiberger, Alabama--a community north of Marion, Alabama

 The church is located next to the old family Grocery store/Service station

which is located next  to the home house where Coretta and Martin were married.

The picture of the bust of Mrs. King is located at the base

of the left-hand side of the stairs of Mt. Tabor Church.  

Formerly Hwy 29, Perry County, Alabama, now renamed in honor of Mrs. Coretta Scott-King. 

This stretch of Highway passes in the front of the church, old store and home house.
